DR LEKAN BABATUNDE  – A Profile To most Chapelites, past and present, Rev Dr Lekan Babatunde really doesn’t need any introduction. He has been there over the years with his brother and friend, Rev Dr Tunde Joda campmeeting after campmeeting. But,  beyond knowing that he is the President and Founder of Jesus Is King Ministries Inc also known as The King's Chapel, with headquarters in Ibadan, very little else is known about the great man of God. Dr Lekan Babatunde studied Hospital Management from Willmar College, Willmar, Minnesota and Philosophy at the world famous Columbia University of New York, both in the USA. He later did additional post graduate works at the University of Ibadan where he was a lecturer for several years before God called him out into full time ministry. An evangelist, teacher and author, he is a minister with a burden for the continent of Africa. He is often touched by the socio-economic, political and spiritual problems afflicting his continent, Africa. His whole life calling and ministry is committed to the demonstration of the Kingship of Jesus with a specialized area of calling in ministering the Holy Ghost and his gift to the body of Christ. He is also being of God to bring healing and miracle to many in this country and abroad.
