Port Harcourt, the Garden City and
capital of Rivers State is one of five venues for Campmeeting 2012. Others,
of course are Lagos, Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, Calabar aka Canaan
city, and Ibadan the political hub of Nigeria’s southwest.
Pastor and Psalmist Mike Moore is one
the three-man team of guest ministers scheduled to speak the engrafted word
of destiny into the lives of the attendees. He is an old Campmeeting hand. He
would be joined by another returnee, Pastor Chris Oarhe, one of Port
Harcourt’s best known preachers, who was at Campmeeting 2011 and newcomer,
Pastor Emmah Isong, whose middle name, literally speaking, is Gospel.
Here’s a bio-brief of these men of
destiny.
PASTOR MIKE MOORE
Pastor Mike Moore is the spiritual head of Covenant Life
Church Family Worship Centre in Summerville, South Carolina, USA. He is a
trained Business Administrator and practiced with an insurance company for 20
years, serving in top offices of the organization.
In 1976, he became a student under the tutelage of great
men of God such as Oral Roberts, Kenneth E. Hagin, and Kenneth Copeland. Ten
years after, he and his wife were pressed in the Spirit to begin a Word of
Faith Church in Summerville, SC, USA. That happened two years later in their
apartment on May 8, 1988.
He was first ordained pastor by Bishop Harry Mushegan and
later by Kenneth Copeland.
Pastor Moore who teaches with fresh anointing, boldness
and can sometimes be hilarious in his presentation is a prophet, teacher and
psalmist. He has been a blessing to millions of people all over the world
through his songs and trumpet. He has two albums to his credit, “Awesome God and Other Praise and Worship
Favorites” and “Christmas With Mike
Moore”.
Mike is married to Ann and they have three sons and seven
grandchildren.
PASTOR CHRIS OARHE
Pastor
Chris Oarhe is the Senior Pastor of one of Nigeria’s fastest growing
churches, Hilltop International Christian Centre. In the year 2000 after
acquiring a 5-acre property, Pastor Chris moved Hilltop International
Christian Centre into its new 3000 seater fully air-conditioned auditorium.
Each week,
Pastor Chris delivers God’s message of faith and encouragement to more than
5,000 attendees. One out of the three weekly services is broadcast as “New
Experience with Pastor Chris Oarhe” on four television stations where it is
viewed by over two million Nigerians each week and more than 10 million
viewers all over Africa.
Oarhe was
Campus Fellowship Pastor and as associate pastor for several years at the
University of Benin, Edo State, where he graduated in Optometry, before he
received two specific visions to plant a church in Port Harcourt. He and his
wife, Stephanie had been praying for the will of God. Today the church has
grown into a family of kingdom minded believers with outreaches (mission
centres) extending from the city of the Rivers state capital to many nations
of the world.
Pastor
Chris is an international speaker and the author of several books including:
More than Conquerors, How to Build Strong Faith, Breaking Beyond the Growth
Barrier, Praying with your Pastor, a daily devotional – Today in His Presence
and prayer manuals.

DR. EMMAH GOSPEL ISONG
Dr Emmah Gospel Isong is the President of Good Cheer
Partner Inc., President and General Overseer, Christian Central Chapel
International and President, Association of God's Servant (AGS). A banker, he
bid banking goodbye in obedience to God's call to him to "go and tell my people to be
of good Cheer for I have overcome the world" (John 16:33).
He is an Evangelist endued with a sensational healing and
deliverance anointing, which explains why he is a well-known minister of the
word at conferences, crusades and revival meetings as well as on radio and
television. He has travelled extensively to preach the Gospel in more than 27
countries in five continents in the past 12years and authored quite a number
of Christian books.
